Bio
Born and raised in Los Angeles in a family of artists, writers, and producers, Drew discovered her passion for storytelling at an early age. At Chaminade High School, she excelled in her Advanced Film Class, winning Best Film at her school’s film festival for two consecutive years. Her short films have earned nominations at the Calabasas Film Festival, All American Film Festival, and LA Shorts. Additionally, Drew was awarded a scholarship to New York Film Academy’s summer program where she immersed herself in all aspects of production, from script development to post-production workflows. That same summer, she attended UCLA's summer institute for cinematography where she gained more experience and knowledge about camerawork and lighting for film and television.
Drew is currently pursuing a BFA in Film & Television at NYU Tisch. She has earned roles on advanced upperclassmen sets and established herself as a reliable crew member and enthusiastic collaborator. Though her ultimate goal is to write and direct, Drew's passion extends to every aspect of filmmaking, including cinematography and editing. Drawing from her diverse technical training, hands-on experience, eagerness to learn, and not to mention her deep rooted passion for storytelling, Drew is determined to bring her fresh perspectives and ideas to the next generation of cinema.
